We are now currently in the 11th week for SL and our group’s progress is fine. We now are able to make shopping cart and able to categorize the products. There was a slight setback during the project but this is mostly due to the structure of the UI. Harits, our groups UI and CSS expert mentions that the code is badly structured and need restructuring.
I’m in charge of the database and so far has created 3 tables. The tables are responsible for the categorizing function. There are 3 tables, brand, (price) category, and product. The brand and category tables are responsible to keep track of the type of batik the user wants. The product table also have the brand and category ID to relate which type it belongs to.
